The service

The China Map Rescue Pack covers up to 12 public places across up to 2 mainland China cities. It includes checked Chinese POI names and addresses, Amap links, driver cards, one route sanity check, a phone-ready PDF, and one revision.

Delivery is within 24 hours after we receive your complete list and any clarification required to identify the correct public places. The delivery clock does not begin while essential information is missing.

Your part

Send place names or public links and enough city context to identify them. Check the delivered pack and submit the included revision as one consolidated set of corrections or in-scope place swaps.

Send public place information only. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, passport or card data, booking references, ticket QR codes, private addresses, or live locations.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Stripe processes the one-time checkout payment. You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. We do not deduct our payment-processing cost from a full refund.

Once research begins, we will refund undelivered work or work that is materially unusable and cannot be corrected through the included revision. Other refund requests after work begins are considered at our discretion based on the work completed and the circumstances.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. We submit an approved refund promptly; Stripe and your bank or card issuer determine when the credit appears. Currency conversion or third-party account charges are outside our control.

Limits and changing information

This is an information-organizing service, not a booking, ticketing, tour, guide, visa, or legal service. You remain responsible for bookings, entry requirements, travel decisions, and checking time-sensitive information shortly before travel.

Maps, entrances, opening hours, routes, and venue records can change after delivery. We manually check the pack near delivery but cannot guarantee that a third-party source will remain accurate or available.
