Information we use

To fulfil an order, we use the email address from checkout, the public POI names or links you submit, the relevant mainland China cities, travel dates, and any public hotel or transport listing needed for the route check.

We use this information only to confirm scope, research public sources, deliver the pack, provide the included revision, answer support requests, and handle payments or refunds.

Public POI information only

Never send passwords, OTP codes, passport data, card data, booking references, ticket QR codes, a private address, or your live location. Remove personal details from screenshots before sending them. If unnecessary sensitive data arrives, we will avoid using it and ask for a redacted replacement when needed.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy terms. We do not ask you to email card details. Public place research uses public map, venue, and transport sources; we do not intentionally publish your order information.

We do not sell your personal information. Order records and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, refunds, fraud prevention, and basic business records.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold about your request where feasible. Some payment or refund records may need to remain in the systems that processed the transaction.
