For an existing order

Email us from the address used at Stripe checkout. Include the city or cities, a short description of what you need, and the relevant public place name. This lets us find the order without asking for sensitive payment data.

Delivery and revisions

The pack covers up to 12 public places across up to 2 mainland China cities, with delivery within 24 hours after we receive a complete list. One consolidated revision is included.

If the list is incomplete or a place is ambiguous, we will ask for a public source or city context. The 24-hour delivery window starts after the required information is complete.

Keep your message safe

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, passport or card data, booking references, ticket QR codes, private addresses, or live locations. Public POI names and public links are enough.

Cancellations and refunds

Email support@chinatravelos.com from the checkout address. A cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. For requests after research begins, see the concise policy in our service terms.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank or card issuer control when the credit appears.

Before ordering

If you are unsure whether a city, remote area, or newly opened venue is supported, email one public place link first. We can confirm whether it fits the service before you pay.
