When delivery starts

The 24-hour delivery clock begins after your complete list arrives and we have enough public context to identify every requested place. If a name is ambiguous, we will ask for a public source or city context before the clock begins.

Public place information only

Send public place details and delivery preferences only: city, travel dates, public POI names or links, public starting-hotel listing, phone type, Amap status, card language, and the branch, entrance, station, or route question you want checked.

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, passport data, card data, booking references, ticket QR codes, a private address, or your live location. Remove names, phone numbers, reservation codes, and other personal details from any source before sending it.
